Wilson and Bray can only do so much.

Well to be fair Bray is playing lights out right now and Wilson... not so much. I know the Vols have the better O-Line but Wilson just looks a little off to me, especially on short throws.

oh, see, when I saw the title that said "in SEC as of Right Now" I wasn't expecting to worry about how he will pan out 5 years from now

My bad. I'm a visionary. LMAO! Without a doubt, he is the best all around football player playing QB at this time in the SEC. Are you happy now? My reading skills diminish after every bottle of Merlot. Then even moreso after every bottle of what's remaining.

The running game has progressed. But there's a reason he throws 40X a game

Bray has some clear deficiencies, but he is clearly a top 5 QB in the league. I would like to see him stay another year and play for a better coach.

You would too if you got blasted on almost every single pass attempt. If I was him I would have said frick it and sat the fourth quarter today. Paul Petrino is going to get him killed out there.

Why we refuse to leave a RB in to block is beyond me but that is an entirely different conversation altogether.

Agree Paul sure doesn't look so good without big bro out there. Makes me wonder if he does a damn thing.

Um, are you forgetting about your trip to the real Columbia? That game where Shaw missed his first and only pass of the day going 20-21?

That wasn't because Shaw was that good. That was because we suck that bad. Seriously though, we were giving him huge cushions trying to avoid giving up the big play and he did a great job of taking advantage of that, nickle and diming us to death, completing 20 straight. But we really didn't force him into making difficult throws or decisions. Bray was throwing every pass imaginable. Shaw undoubtedly had a great game against us but I thought Bray was a better all around QB.

I honestly don't think he does. The offense is beyond predictable this season. Its amazing how someone who has spent their entire coaching career studying under one guy can call a game completely different.

You can't deny the fact that teams prep for yall and say "ok guys, they're gonna pass it. Then they're gonna pass it. Oh and by the way, they're gonna pass it some more."

And he still plays well. Kids got skills. I think he comes back. And I think Tenn will be alright.

1.JFF
2.Murray
3.Bray
4.Shaw
5.Mett

AJ shouldn't even sniff the "right now list". He was never top 5, IMHO. They have an epic oline. Overrated QB's, and it showed tonight.

I love Manziel as a football player but he is not a quarterback. He makes shite happen but his style cannot and will not last. It makes a difference but it doesn't make lasting change - not yet. That being said he will get better and might develop into a true QB but history doesn't support that assumption.

Really? Barring him breaking a leg, he will be only the 3rd player to ever pass for 3k and run for 1k in a season.

I'm not sure what would make you think he's a QB if that doesn't. He isn't a pure pass or handoff guy. And this crap about "will not last", when on earth is taht going to end? When he graduates? Arguably the #1 and #2 defenses in the country haven't even bruised him.

Don't know about that, they hold the whole damn game (Barrett Jones I am looking at you) and it really wasn't hard to get to their QB. It may sound butthurt but its just my opinion, no teams gets away with more holding than Bama.

AJ is good but he's certainly a product of the system. Not taking anything from him at all.
