Exactly. Chubb played four years compared to McFadden’s three. I’d take McFadden over Chubb ALllll day.

Rewarding guys that didn’t have to wait their turn or share time seems odd.

. How would you change the list considering all metrics?

Only metric I need is what I saw and IMO, Bo Jackson is #1. No offense to Herschel or anyone else.

Are you saying that Herschel didn't have to wait his turn?

Aren't you a Tennessee fan?
And you don't know this?

Describing a list of people by total yards gained as “rewarding” anything seems odd. It’s a list.

And Chubb gained his yards on less carries (758 compared to 785).

Both were great backs

All Georgia did was hand off to Herschel, which was smart as shite. If anyone thinks
He’s not the best Running back ever, they are an Auburn fan, and they are wrong.

The only guy I ever remember who even remotely ran over people like Herschel was Earl Campbell.

So if the metric is "simply ran over people, didn't need blockers" then the list is first Herschel and second Earl.

I'll let Jerry Rice know. Never knew he was an Auburn fan though.

List is dumb. This is an OL list disguised as a RB list.

Many very good backs aren’t here. Like Achane. Dude is phenomenal. But didn’t have an OL worth a damn.

Now look at him.

So…dumb list.

Total yards from scrimmage per game (rushing plus receiving) should produce the list closest to the 'best' backs ranking.

4 year backs. Should've been better.

McFadden also shared the ball with Felix Jones and defenses knew McFadden was coming. Arkansas had no passing attack while Chubb did to keep defenses honest. Chubb also got to play against Vanderbilt.

Looked like shite in that 2008 Cotton Bowl.
