1. The only reason that matters: Were much better then you.

I'm looking forward to this one. Lots of questions will be answered, fer shur.

I know Bama's defense is awesome- but they had better eat their Wheaties. That Hog offense is special....Should be a classic.

They were big in every aspect of the word big. BCS hopes on the line, on the road in the SEC against a ranked opponent.

I guess so. After the SECCG and the NCG, everything else just seems a little less significant.

Hmmmmm.....I have not seen anything from the Alabama offense that leads me to believe we cannot stop what you do, period.

When was the last time ya'll stopped what Bama "does"?

Were, and still are. You couldn't beat us at home last year against a very inexperienced defense.

It won't be Bama's defense that loses the game for you, it will be your offense which is doo doo.

Then you were very disappointed last year

So, you believe your offense is one to be reckoned with this year?

And? It is not like Alabama is full of a bunch of hidden bags of tricks.

There are not many bells and whistles to the Bama offense. Never has been under Saban. You can say Saban and your staff have not shown the whole offense all day long, but in the end everyone knows what Bama does. Run the ball while mixing in a little pass here or there. May take a shot downfield here or there. Maybe less this year with a green QB who has already proven to make a bad decision here or there.

It is not rocket surgery in trying to figure out what Bama does on offense.

^^This is so true.

It's really simple, everybody knows exactly what Bama's offense does. It's been pretty much the same for years and years with very little change. This would lead most folks to the assumption that the Bama offense could be easily stopped since defenses know exactly what's coming at them, right?

Clearly you've never heard the expression "defense wins games".

I wasn't disappointed at all with last year. We won the freaking NCG on January 7, 2010 - hell of a way to start a new year, isn't it?

Did you just miss all of last season or what?

What part did a great defense have in Auburn winning the SEC and Arkansas finishing #2 in the conference?

Arkansas finished middle of the pack in the SEC a year ago in defense, while AU finished towards the bottom.

You gotta have offense balanced with a good defense.

This is why Hog fans believe we've got a very good shot this year, b/c we've got the best defense since Petrino has been here. We also still have a Petrino O that will put up some points.

What have they shown thus far that leads you to believe this?

Honestly, the Bama offense looks pretty pedestrian. Oline is shaky right now. QB has made mistakes. Defense has bailed them out with a few turnovers. Punter fricking sucks.

What did I miss?

This is damn sure Arky's year to take it all the way and win it all.
