Waiting for further details. Cop might have been PMSing.

Knowing the Tuscaloosa PD, that's certainly possible.

TPD cops can be power tripping arse holes. I was walking back to my car downtown one night and heard a cop yelling at someone. "Stop right there. HEY YOU, STOP RIGHT THERE"

Nothing special about the TPD. They can all be that way. I got roughed up by a cop one night because I didn't pull over immediately (because I was on an exit ramp on an interstate). I slowed to about 15mph, proceeded off the ramp, then pulled over.

a-hole jerked me out of the car, shoved me up against the side of the car, then over the hood asking if I was on drugs. 5 other cop cars showed up within a minute acting like assholes. Asked if they could search my car when they saw I was sober (it was about 2am). Told them to have at it, but I was taking the original cops name and badge number when they were done and might file charges against all of them as my lip was busted from their bullshite when they pushed me against the car.

It is always the little ones on power trips. I think the prick got scared when I got out of the car so tried to shove me around to prove he was no joke or some shite.

So I laugh because it was a bama player, but am always aware cops can act like little pricks at the drop of the hat.

Tony Brown or my friend? Both broke the law...I was just commenting on his comment about how easy it is to not get arrested. You can get arrested for some dumb shite. No one should get arrested for a $10 seat belt ticket....

Geez.
That didn't take long.
Get it together, kid.
Make this a one-time, stupid human trick--not an indicator of your life ahead.

failure to obey and resisting arrest could mean pretty much anything really. especially when you think of the kind of people who end up as cops usually. i think of the people i went to high school who i found out were cops at the reunion and shuddered

Yeah but it happens you don't pay a ticket and a warrant is put out for your arrest just one of those things. Your friend was breaking the law by not paying his fine.
