Yeah, I'm just always weary of knee injuries. Hopefully he can stay healthy. It will be fun watching these guys in the NFL.

The coaches put Tunsil on the second-team offensive line. They weren't exactly perfect.

Sorry you don't like it. Nkemdiche is overrated and will be drafted way too high based on hype and measureables.

Robert Nkemdiche would bend Tyson Jackson over and make him call him daddy.

It'd be an interesting fight for sure. I'd go with the original though, clones are overrated.

What was Jackson's height, weight and 40 time? Just curious. I know he was decently tall but I can't remember how big he was.

He's 6'4 296 now, was 285-290 when he was drafted I believe. He ran a 4.8 or 4.9 I think, I'm not positive on that.

Not saying Robert doesn't have areas of his game that need to improve but to call him overrated or a bust is insanely ignorant.

I'm like 98% positive he's just fricking with 'ya. You've been a tad rustled lately in a lot of threads. Saw you bit hard on a few posters saying Ben simmons is the next lebron

Huh.... Didn't realize he and Robert were that close in size. Robert is 6'5 295 last i looked and he allegedly ran a 4.5 forty at some point in the last year. I think he'll break some records at the combine. Also you have to keep in mind that Nkemdiche plays defensive tackle. Jackson was/is a defensive end, isn't he?

Depends on what you read apparently. I see it reported anywhere from a 4.5 to a 4.8. Hand timed, I guess.

Well I'm an Ole Miss fan so if someone hand clocked him at 4.1, I'll defend it

Um yes please.

Also, Hackenberg just doesn't stand out in any way to me. Teams at the top typically need a QB, but looks to be a sad crop next year. Huge reach for him at #1 but if you need a QB, I guess beggars can't be choosers.

Jackson played DE at LSU, but didn't have the explosion the play it in the NFL. He was too small to play NT and too long to play DT.

I think Nkemdiche is going to find himself in a similar position and wind up being a run-stopping 3-4 DE, which is what Jackson is now.

Also, keep in mind Jackson was a good athlete for his size. 30 inch vertical and 4.8 second shuttle.

I will happily agree that I have no idea. High school 40 times are basically the most worthless thing ever. I don't need a time to know he's got speed to burn at that size. Whatever he runs will be plenty fast enough if he stays at DT in the NFL.

When you have all of that size and talent but can't be successful, it's all mental at that point. Not saying Jackson is a mental midget or anything but if he hasn't produced it's because he's not mentally there. Not because the talent isn't there. Robert does need to mature some for sure.

I don't think it was mental for Jackson. I think he was drafted to be a pass rusher and just didn't have the speed to get to the QB. He's one of the best in the league against the run in a 3-4 though.
