We truly think the hire is awful and Bama is gonna be a mid tier sec team

If you would have hired Lanning, very few of these guys would have left and your program would still be elite

But you settled for a Sioux Falls legend

The fear coming from the other fan bases is priceless.

There are worse coaches than DeBoer. I don't think it was an awful hire. The big weakness is that he has few ties to the SEC. There is no real way to predict how this will end up other than to see how the team plays in the fall.

I agree. So many people want to "know all along" that they don't have the humility to admit they don't know what will happen. For example, I shat on the AU Harsin hire from the get-go, and I was right, but I also shat on the Mizzou Drinkwitz hire from the get-go and boy was I wrong.

Are they going to have a team in the fall? At this rate they might be lucky if they can field a 7 v 7 team.

Why are LSU fans doing this to themselves?

Why are you blindly following Bama like a lemming off a mountain?

If any fanbase knows about falling off a cliff, it is Auburn. Your football team has not won more than six games in a season this decade. Maybe this is the year.

I think they all have PTSD, and now that their abuser is gone they are acting out. I would rather celebrate winning actual football games than celebrating losses to the portal. Unfortunately, no one will play a football game for another 8 months.

This is all correct. Obviously your first two sentences are a little tepid. I think anyone who’s not brainwashed is reasonably sure he’s a “good or very good coach.”

BUT, he may be an epic failure at Alabama. 100% agree on that, it’s easy to see the
challenges he will be facing. And we won’t know anything for some time now.

All of that is to say I agree with you, and disagree with all the braindead morons, including the OP, who feel the need to make a definitive stance one way or another right now, in January, on how he will turn out.

So.. if we would have hired that lost twice to the guy we did hire...we would be better off?. The guy that lost had a more talented team per recruiting btw

Absolutely correct, we have underachieved in every metric BUT, our stellar recruiting will change that. Not to mention the changing landscape of College athletics and our in state rival hiring a guy with no SEC ties. Things are looking up lol see you guys on the field soon

Yet, poor little old Bama probably beats LSU again.

LSU currently a -2 favorite

Times have changed. Your roster is watered down. I’m not even high on LSU next season but that game just went from a penciled in L to a game we are favored in.
