Absolutely. I'm the minority, but I grew up in GA. It's the one I want to win every year. I hope they win every other game, but AU/UGA is the big one for me.
You should've joined the home team. It would have been the better choice.

I've always in DSOR, it's always been a great time win or lose.
It was unfortunate the way a few AU players behaved back in 2010, and I guess it kind of changed the rivalry. But those players are out now, and hopefully it can return to being a little more civil.

Yea the chop block didn't help either.
But again, that was on the field, only a few bad egg UGA fans tried to ruin our fun that night.

Too close to home, and too many friends from high school were going there. Time in my life I just wanted to branch out and get away from home.

The defender wasn't engaged with another blocker.

Don't make this thread take a bad turn. We both know exactly what happened on the field that day.

That's what I think of AU Luke! Not necessarily you though...you seem cool like many of my AU friends.
This rivalry is weird. We both get so distracted during the season playing our other mini-rivalries (except UF for us) that we forget until game week how bad we hate each other on the football field. I didn't even have a feeling for this game until Monday and all of a sudden I got sick with hatred for you bastard Plainsfolk. Happens every year that I realize I detest Auburn most of all. I am sure the sentiment is reciprocated on your end.

Is that POS Ben Jones gone? I know Bacarri Rambo, the starter of it all, is out.

Any UGA fan thinking their team is innocent in 2010 is full of it.
I enjoy this game because I like most UGA fans and dislike most UGA players.

Well, can you at least almost hate us as much as Bama. Validation needed.
You a NG fan? Who do they open with in the playoffs this weekend? I played at McEachern in the late 80s and was the middle school football director from 92-04 and HC of the 8th grade from 90-04. Coached a few that went to AU. TJ Mears and Brad Ware to name a couple. Brad made a couple practice squads in the NFL and eventually came back home and coached with me a few years.
BTW, we open with Newton County.
