To my Bama Football friends

I know you guys are right in the middle of Bama Football glory and Nick Saban is still Nick Saban.
Nothing in Bama-land is different this morning except it is Friday morning and you have no football on a October weekend.
Bama is #1 in all polls and you have steam-rolled most teams each weekend. Life as a Bama football fan is perfect with more perfect coming - right
Wrong
Something has happened that you can't get your mind around yet. LSU has a QB that can throw a forward pass and Coach Miles will not be on the sidelines any more. I know you guys understand Lsu has a new QB and a new Head Coach but you don't get it yet.
CLM was a very good football coach and he brought Lsu many wins but CLM was flawed and most Tigers fans knew it. He was a piece of granite at Lsu that brought some good and some bad. No change and no one could get him to change. CLM invented old school and he wanted a tight 4th quarter game with teams that matched up with Lsu. He felt that he could win most tight games and he played controlled football to the max.
He wanted control with solid D with no turn overs
It all had passed him by and he would never change and due to this he got fired.
Lsu has now a pro style open offense that is still close to what CLM ran but with major differences. It is not predictable and they will game plan with what other teams do and take advantage of the cheats on D seen in the game. Doesn't sound like much but CLM did not make major game day changes - he really didn't !!!
We have a new great younger DC in Dave Aranda who quietly does his job each week. He made great adjustments last week against Ole Miss and our D held them to 43 yards in the second half until the last junk 40 yard drive as time ran off the clock to end the game.
Will Lsu beat Bama on Nov 5th. Don't know
Will it be a different Lsu team that you have seen - yes
I look forward to the game and I know Bama is #1 but I also know that no team has ever held on to #1 forever - it is a fleeting thing - this thing we all call #1
I do look forward to a great game by what I now think is 2 great teams.

This Sunday x-Lsu players fill NFL rosters with more X-Lsu players than any other college team.
This Lsu fan does not think we got our bang for the talent that has gone through the program under CLM but I think we will get that bang under CEO !
Laugh all you want until you have to play a CEO coached team at Lsu.
What his record was at Ole Miss means nothing today in 2016 - nothing !!

I hate to ruin your day but Mettenberger was 10x the QB Etling is and we still beat that arse. And CLM knew how to play Bama. Orgeron is a rookie going up against the greatest coach in history. L5U doesn't have a snow ball's chance in hell. By Nov 6 you will not want CEO anymore.

There is one great team and one above average team...and your qb hasn't played a team worth a crap yet. He will be thoroughly intiated in about a week and I'm pretty sure you won't like the results

Is there a way we can get this to Coach Saban?! He's probably going to feel like an idiot when he looks across the field and the coach on the other side isn't Les Miles.
Man, I wish it were legal for teams to be allowed to watch other teams' games so they could gameplan for them...

We've noticed. More imagination in the play-calling has produced big offensive explosions against SEC winless Missoui (though not as many points against as what Middle Tennessee State put on that impenetrable Mizzou D), Southern Miss (though not as many points against as what Texas San-Antonio scored on that incredible USM D), and Ole Miss (who was coming off a loss to perennial SEC power Arkansas).
