LSU will beat auburn in baton rouge...again. Auburn got lucky last year that we had a dumbass as our coach that couldnt get a play off...that's the truth. It showed in the bowl season, when auburn got fricked over by oklahoma and we blew out louisville. Those two games should have been flip flopped. Auburn had no business playing oklahoma and louisville had no business playing LSU and it showed.

Last season’s defense was a generic 3 – 4 defense because last year was Aranda’s first season, and at that time last year when we played Auburn it was still early in the season and it still was not elite yet. This season’s defense, on the other hand, will be the Aranda 3 – 4 defense, which is a completely different animal altogether from last season’s 3 – 4 generic defense. I hope Stidham can play with LSU defenders all up in his face because if he hesitates he will be sacked and if he makes a mistake he will be intercepted. For your sake, I hope Stidham can play well under pressure because when you guys come to Baton Rouge this season, he is going to face pressure like he has never imagined before.

Moreover, the days of LSU’s offense being one dimensional are finally also over. Thanks to Coach Canada our new offense is a pro-style spread offense, that is specifically designed to keep defenses off balance, back on their heels, and guessing. There will be no more loading the box to stop Guice anymore. If you guys load the box to stop Guice, it will open up other opportunities for Coach Canada to create mismatches or to out leverage you guys. It’s going to be a much more dynamic offense than the one you guys have grown so fond of over the years.

Indeed, LSU is going from having the most antiquated offense in the SEC for years to one of the most cutting edge and innovative offenses ever created in college football history. Hopefully, it will work as well as it did last year when Coach Canada was at Pittsburg last season and beat Clemson with that same offense 43 to 42. It should work very well in the SEC too because LSU has far better skill guys than Coach Canada had to work with at Pittsburgh last season.

Even though we disagree on my statement that you quoted, I'm glad we could agree on the rest of the points I made. Geaux Tigers.

Stidham won't pass for any touchdowns when he comes to Baton Rouge this season. Not with the immense pressure, LSU's defense will unleash on him. He is in for a very rude awakening.

Moreover, that Auburn game last season was Danny Etling's first start as the starting quarterback of LSU, and although he lost that game, he's won most of the games he has started since then.

Not to mention, that once Less Mile's was fired and Coach O had taken over, Coach O and company ratcheted up the offense and it was one of the most prolific offenses that LSU has had in many years for the remainder of the season, and that offense was run by non-other than Danny Etling.

In fact, his only bad game was the Alabama game, but that was primarily because thanks to Less Mile's old antiquated offense we were still stuck with last season, Alabama new all the plays we were going to run before the ball was snapped.

Nonetheless, against Auburn last season, he led a last minute drive that led to a touchdown for the win in the final seconds, that the referees then reversed because they were at Auburn's house. In the Florida game last season, which LSU gave away, Etling played well, as we out gained Florida 432 yards to 287 yards of total offense. He also again led a clutch last minute drive to the Florida one yard line, and then Guice made the stupid mistake of going the wrong way on the final play and blew what should have been an easy touchdown for the win. Nonetheless, that wasn't Etling's fault, he did his job in a very stressful situation.

The message is Danny Etling is not nearly as mediocre as advertised, as he has gotten a bad rap mainly from LSU people still pissed off by the firing of Less Miles. Not to mention, that last year he played the entire time with a bad back and he couldn't even feel his left foot. Anyway, to avert pain he was forced to only use his arm without his body to throw and he also had to drastically change his normal throwing motion.

Anyway, Etling is now fixed, as he had back surgery during the off season and is almost back to full 100 percent again, and the coaches and players say that as a result, he is much more mobile and the velocity of his throws, the accuracy, and the consistency of his throws are all far better, and it has also allowed him to become a far more confident quarterback.

Nonetheless, if you guys want to continue underestimating his ability, then please by all means don't let me get in your way.

I would put good money that you are either 12 years old, 84 years old, or a woman.

shite, nowadays, he could be a 35 year old man that thinks he's a woman and believes he should be called Jennifer when his real name is john. He could also be protesting for his rights as a woman who should be able to use the bathroom with the females, because it is offensive to him as a transgender to have to piss in a urinal like other men with penises. Lol, this world is going batshit crazy. (In reality, he's probably a middle-aged, normal man with a family and a career, whom I'm using to get my point across how fricked up this shite is. My bad space cowboy).

I agree that LSU has far better offensive talent than Pitt, but don't the other SEC teams have far better talent defensively than the ACC teams Canada and his offense were going against?

I think LSU's offense is an enigma right now. No one really knows. We do have Guice and a decent first string OL. Just no depth and only one WR we know can make plays right now. Several highly recruited guys, though.

Defense.... should be nasty, but from where I sit I think our starting CBs Jackson and Tolliver need to show there won't be a drop off. My only concern vs Auburn is them on an island with Statham throwing the ball.

AU will have to play a near perfect game to pull this off in TS. We want revenge from last year and this will be the only real good home game we have this year (since FL is in Gville) so it's gonna be louuuddddd. Stidham will have never seen the likes of it either.

They scored 24 and lost against Northwestern a Big 10 scrub who lost six games. I'm excited to see this offense but he will face better defenses week in week out than he did in the ACC. That's all I'm saying
