Seriously... This is the perfect opportunity... Nicknames for the team fit like, er, uh, hand and glove, right? Just merge the nicknames..... Trojans + Gamecocks... There has to be a good new nickname and they can just hire one coach... Gametrojans? I know I"m close...

Ironically, I'm going to Southern Cal vs. Arizona in the Coliseum in November.
This just gets more bizarre by the week. Basically the plans were made to visit my buddy in LA and go to the game with him and his dad (So. Cal alum) when we all thought So Cal vs. Arizona would be a battle of two undefeated Top 10 teams.

I also bought South Carolina season tickets this season for the first time ever. This is my first time going to all home games since being a student for 4 years (where I of course went to all the home games).
What a season to buy tickets right? Lose a home game, Spurrier retires mid season... now that So Cal Arizona game I was looking forward to wont even be that great.

One crazy week in football... GAMEDAY/ESPN crew will have a field day Saturday. Michigan back, Spurrier out, Sark gone, Grier Suspended... And that was all on Monday!!! The week is still young.
