WVU started doing it and noticed a reduction in arrests and nice increase in profits and they are selling through 3rd quarter. Let's face it, people are going to drink. If you force them to binge drink before and smuggle liquor in the stadium, you lose control and have more incidents:

Don't know where you were section-wise but they were selling up the end almost in the 500 sections.
