Nah, don't take this the wrong way. I'm not even dissing Fournette here. Fournette is a great back and I wish to heck he played for Georgia.
He's just not as good as Chubb. Simple as that.

I mean, check out the stats against common opponents. Or Chubb's stats against an Arkansas defense that stuffed 'Bama.

I'm not crying, anyone with eyeballs can see both these guys have a ton of talent and even more potential. You based your reasoning and your thread on stats, and stats are stupid because they are subjective. Don't act like LF pales in comparison to Chubb. And don't cry when LF gets drafted ahead of Chubb.

I'd rather see stats on what defense they're facing. LSU lines up in the I a frick ton, usually against a stacked box because we can't pass. That's pretty tough sledding. If you can't see the difference in not only the competition in the West, but the defense you're running against, then I certainly can't convince you otherwise. Stats are better for Chubbs though, so he does get the medal.

Some weeks yes and some weeks not so much.
He was flat-out horrible vs UF and Chubb still had 156 yards on 21 carries,
If LF goes for 202 rushing yards vs Arky we can start talking but for now you
can't really put em on the same level

Its true Chubb plays in the East but lets compare their production from 3 games.

Chubb has 9 or more carries for 30 or more yards. The YAC is insane. I'm not here to compare the two but no way can anyone win an argument today about which one has looked better regardless of division. This thread should have waited until this time next week so we can pad the stats even more after LSU plays Arkansas and the Dawgs play Auburn.
