Lanning has gravitas. an intangible quality. he did very well at Oregon and seems to have a high maturity level and
an ability to recruit and develop players. doesn't have as much experience as HC as you would like, but how many candidates are out there?
Sark, Swinney, kiffin. all have warts, but that's the best out there. I like Kelly, but i just don't see him at alabama. it's odd, but he does fit at LSU. i think the fanbase is comfortable with him and vice versa. don't see that at Bammer.
