Michigan, FSU, Louisville would be the second tier at the moment....

Lots of football left and a 1 loss SEC team could still be a possibility as could be one from the ACC or BiG10. Don't see a dominant team out West at the moment.
Louisville and Houston have the ability to ruin it for each other later in the season as would FSU Clemson and OSU Michigan.

IF Texas is for real then they could move up quick... not ready to drink the burnt orange Kool-aid yet....

So why not just ask "Who were the 4 most impressive teams in week 1?" Cause those are 2 entirely different questions, and by all accounts you failed to correctly answer your own question.
