I'd be willing to wager texas against it, they are everywhere around here. Didn't just not go there, probably didn't graduate high school, can't speak english, but the 1 thing they celebrate is cinco de mayo and longhorn football.

I actually kinda miss Phyllis from Mulga because she hasn't called in years. I think she either had a devastating illness of her own or of a son/daughter and hasn't called in in a long time. She was Alabama'a version of Tammy. An incredibly grating and annoying redneck but deep down a good caring person.
