No comment on the lack of a shadow between the bag and the first baseman's foot eh? I thought not .. runner was indeed safe.

It's not over yet. Another runner still has to touch that plate.

You can't tell if there's space in between his foot and the bag. His foot is in front of the bag. It could be touching or there could be a couple inches. The ump had a better view than that angle though so I'm inclined to think there was a small gap.

Can't tell hell .. do you not understand how shadows work? There is sunshine between the bag and the first baseman's foot ... if his foot were on the bag .. it would be all shadow.

Your analysis was simply not worthy of a response.

I was looking for that as well. Still seemed close. The ump would have a much better view though and the easy call is out, so I still think he saw him off the bag.

The 2 pictures posted on page 1 (the slightly enlarged ones) show it pretty clearly.

At the game and it is exciting but most exciting was watching Bret Bielema run out of the dugout and then Bret Bielema III get thrown out of game

It was clear as day on the video replay. These pictures are piss poor proof of either safe/out because the angle is terrible. The video was down the first base line and you could see his foot was off the bag.

Let's not clump our entire fan base together. Some of us know baseball.

I couldn't care less about this team at the moment. This is least clutch LSU team I have seen. If you were watching the ESPN broadcast you would have seen the foot off of the base. That play has no bearing on my "feelings" I'm still pissed at how LSU has been playing

I think he was out

But lol at you thinking that picture shows anything. He could be on the bag or half a foot off in that picture

The ump is honestly the only one with the angle.
