yeah. If I travel to Tuscaloosa, BRLA, Athens, Knoxville, etc as an opposing fan and constantly talk shite before, during, and after the game I'd expect nothing less. Supposedly this guy was being obnoxiously drunk (even got arrested for it) and was talking shite to everyone in sight. You're supposed to have a little class when visiting other's homes....sounds like this guy had little to none.
And I don't believe he is even accusing Easley of "hitting" him. Only said Easley knocked him on the ground IIRC. Sounds like this guy got what he deserved/was looking for....

This isn't surprising since it's probably their phone they bought for Dom. Why shouldn't they have asked for it back?
I'm not aware of any scenario that would allow the former Bama player to legally keep it since it didn't belong to him.
