This is what MSU is up against

As I have noted numerous times, the state media is all about Ole Miss. This is Mississippi's largest newspaper. Notice how they go out of their way to put a possitive spin on this crap. And notice the recruits think a self-ban is all there is.

What about Ole Miss possibly ratting on State?

They gonna hurt us bad for all the 2 and 3 star recruits we been signing for sure. We gonna go down in flames.

Click bait. After LL already told the investigators what Ole Miss did for him, what could they say?

Breezy you are too easy.
So Ole Miss has a recording from several years ago???
Why now do they claim it after getting hammered with the Ncaa?
Are we to believe they held on to that thing when it could have been used earlier?
Furthermore, what kind of message does that send to all future Ole Miss recruits that they are being recorded on tape with phone calls? And who recorded it, a booster? The coaching staff? Lol
All a recording like you suggest would implicate Ole Miss even more about the way they go about business. MSU is going to get hammered now lmao.

Those recruits are in for a rude awakening when they find out that the COI doesn't just accept "a one year bowl ban". Lol
ETA: wait till schollies start getting pulled, then they're really gonna stand behind OM

Kellenberger was substantially more critical in his Clarion Ledger article.

Did I read a different article? The writer put no spin on it at all.

Both Mississippi schools will never see ATL anyway. You think the MS media is keeping MSU from winning anything?

"It was exactly what I expected," Sanago said via text. "The coaches were telling us from the start that they were expecting a one-year bowl game suspension."
Well yeah, they self imposed it. This guy is going to be disappointed by the time it rolls out
