So, Bama had a shitty kicker? That doesn't make the entire unit bad.

When you miss 4 FGs and your team loses by 3 and doesn't score a touchdown your special teams didn't have a good day.

Floria vs Lsu 2007 was a better game

Yep, that's another one.

This game, as good as it was, means absolutely nothing.

I was at 2007. We lost and still was the third best game I've attended. Behind 97 Fsu which was amazing and 08 Sec title game. Even though you could argue it was better than 08 but implications were higher as well. and

It was a poor FG kicking day. Once again, special teams is made of more than just that.

I can't remember the yardage exactly, but I dont think most of them were "gimmies" by any college kicker. Plus, one was blocked, so is it fair to call it a miss?

It was a great game, but you must have missed Texas-USC in 2006

How many championship appointing entities were ended by Bama bias? I know when they won in '64 when Arkansas was clearly the better team ended the AP crowning a champion before the bowl. Then The BCS putting an undeserving Bama team in the national championship game over OSU ended the BCS. Is this the season that Bama will also end the CFP? I admit they have done a good job of changing it for the better however.

You can basically relive that game every week with Mizzou. Great defense, limited offense.

This is a terrible troll. . .

Both of those teams had high-scoring offenses all year

UA Off = 34.8 PPG
LSU Off = 35.7 PPG

That's how good those defenses were.

UA Def = 8.2 PPG <<< this is ridiculous
LSU Def = 11.3 PPG <<< this is just as ridiculous, especially when you consider that LSU had to play an extra game against an extremely good UGA team and played Oregon to start the year

Meanwhile Mizzou, while fielding a decent defense this year (12.5 PPG), has done so against offensive juggernauts Connecticut, Vandy, and a Chubb-less UGA.

That was the fricking final?? My goodness. Either the defenses were great or the offenses sucked hard.

Either way, looks like a clash between giants alright.
