In fairness, NFL success is immaterial in a discussion like this.

I never miss a chance to point out what a relative failure Bama is in producing successful NFL talent.

Go look at bamas recruiting budget, compare to other top tier teams, and then let's revisit this exact conversation

and even if that were true, it doesn't make your OP less wrong.

bullshite... UCLA faced teams with the same amount of chances to get the same players as UCLA..88 games straight... Think about that.... AGAIN. Since YOU were not even alive back in the 60's 70's or probably 80's, You have NO clue what you are talking about....

This goes beyond just sports, it was social engineering.

recruiting budget

Has nothing to do with recruiting. I'm talking about actual game outcomes. The NFL/NBA are manufactured entertainment vessels disguised as a competitive sport.

Great pro teams get great players because they have the money to get them

Literally the exact same thing in recruiting

And if you don't think recruiting directly affects game outcomes then your father is definitely dead

You may be on to something if you are talking the last 5-10 years, But anything from the 90's on back, it wasn't....

Stout pretty much brought the boom. Well done.

In college sports I would have to go:

1. UCLA basketball. Their run was insane.

2. Bama football. 4 in 7 years is a hell of a feat.
