(a) They seem level-headed and ... normal.

(b) They don't have the over-the-top insecurity issues that most of the other SEC fan-bases have (I'm still blown away by this reality).

(c) When a good QB is mentioned at [LSU], Florida fans don't feel the need to froth at the mouth and shite all over the thread, stumbling over themselves to explain why their QB is better.

(d) They don't turn every single thread into a game of, "yeah, your new [facility] is great, but look how much better ours is."

(e) They travel beyond a 150-mile radius from where they were born, raised, and attended school.

(f) They don't cover the board with a bunch of Florida-centric threads and/or threads about their rivalry games.

(g) They understand the import of fostering a quality athletics department, rather than narrow-mindedly focusing on football and [another sport].

(h) I'll refrain from commenting on my appreciation of their constant strives to bring more research dollars to their university. That's an entirely different thread.

And I was always a Tebow fan.

There are like 20 of them that post here so they don't have a big voice on this website. This website is a terrible way to judge fanbases.

I like the Go Gators chant.

Oh and I freaking loved the Fun'n'Gun. OBC is so boring now.

Theirs is a small sample, admittedly.
But of those who do post (excluding Rebelgator), I've found that the Florida fans inject a breath of fresh air into a cavern of angry idiots.

We have three crystal balls since then. How long have y'all come since dropping one to a mighty directional school.

Offense, we're the only true SEC team that's identity is built around offense (we always have a good defense- but Florida football is about offense).

Just another reason Will Muschamp is horrible fit and a crappy coach.

Hiring Will Muschamp at Florida is like having Mike Leach coach Alabama.

That and excellence-- Since we went to divisions and started playing title games we have 1 less SEC title than Alabama and LSU..... combined

and we're in the top 3 SEC in basically every other sport on a consistent basis.
