fwiw, the downvotes already mean something. The admins use a specific percentage of downvotes to justify a banishment decision.

An admin (I believe it was Ice) sent me a PM that indicated that downvotes influence their decision to banish a user.
If you don't believe me, take it up with Chicken or Ice.
