The whole world was watching on the opening night. and there are literally hundreds of threads on SEC Rant/scoreboard discussing nothing but Tennessee football.
Everyone was pulling for the Vols to lose. But this team overcame adversity and rustled everyone's jimmies by pulling out a fat W. App state has a fine football team btw. This is a classic first week overreaction about a great team with first game jitters.

Congrats. Tennessee has definitely improved. I mean this is probably the best team you guys have had in a long time and last night proved it.

I thought 11:30 was your Hot Now time as Krsipy Kreme.
It seems to me you're trying to convince yourself that Tennessee is still "that team" - the team that will win the East.
While they may win next week in Bristol against a VT team with new coach, UT is not "that team". The defensive line will get abused in the SEC.
