They have to start calling offensive targeting. If they are going to keep it a rule

The offensive player should not be allowed to lower their head. This would be the best way to limit head to head hits.
All for player safety right?

I completely agree. Where are we going to draw the line on the rule?

That was an atrocious call and application of the rule.

Absolutely, you see too many offensive players dropping their head or ducking at the last second causing a targeting call.

This is the cause of most targeting calls.

In NFL, I saw them call it on Josh Jacobs.

Let CJ Stroud or equivalent get a targeting the week before the Michigan game and half to sit out a half and see how quick the media calls for a rule change

Agree, and add face mask. Why is the runner allowed to stiff arm to the face, many times grabbing the mask without any call.
