in '09 Ingram rushed for 1,658 yards and 17 TDs in 14 games.

in '15 Fournette has rushed for 1,352 yards and 15 TDs in 7 games.

If he gets 300 on Bama, he can sit out the rest of the year and still win.

To be fair he had like 400 yards receiving and a few more touchdowns.
Plus the YPC is only a yard difference and LF hasn't gone into the meat of conference play

No, he wasn't. Ingram is a serviceable runningback in the NFL. Some Heisman winners haven't sniffed the NFL

i think it was probably that game (south carolina?) where he came in late as qb in the wildcat and drove down the field for a touchdown to seal the game that won the heisman for him. it was all over the highlight reels for forever and i believe it was towards the end of the season, close to heisman voting time.

Hey, grammar fight. Personally, I don't mind the comma because it's a colloquial transcription of a colloquial statement. "...worst Heisman winner, ever" implies a short significant pause, eyebrows raised, as he ominously intones "ever". Putting a period raises whole new issues, such as the declarative aspect of a sentence containing only an adverb -- a word that, by definition, requires a companion word to modifies -- that requires we find its antecedent in a previous sentence. While using a comma in the previous sentence to separate "ever" from the rest of sentence can be seen as idiomatically problemati...

...this is usually the part where people tell me I'm the reason we can't have nice things. Go ahead. I'm used to it.
