The shoe will have to drop at some point this year. The west will have some very good competition this year. Head will have to roll this if teams dont dramatically improve.

A. Alabama
A. Auburn
A. LSU
B. Texas A&M
B. Miss. State
C. Arkansas
C. Ole Miss

As it stands the three teams that have a reasonable chance to win are A class teams. The rest will have a chance. Even Ole Miss can have an impact.

Arkansas is better than the two teams you have listed as B's.

You're right. Coach O easily puts LSU in the B category.

Good call.

You don't think Alabama has a chance this year? They haven't declined that much yet

And Malzahn easily puts Auburn in the C group. He's worse than Fat Bert.

I think Stidham will be a turnover machine and Aubie will be starting White by mid season, and I think LSU will be about the same, so I think it is business as usual in the sec. In other words

What will suddenly turn Stidham into a turnover machine?

No I think Alabama will be able to compete this year. Don't be so down on your team. You've got the second best coach in the SEC!

Don't do it.

You will need this space to rage about Butch.

Stidham just needs to be serviceable just like Jalen Hurts was last year. They dont have to throw to win.

You're right, Auburn lost 5 games last year, including one to A&M.

I am glad you asked. I watched him at Baylor. He tends to panic under pressure,SEC defenses will pressure him even more. When pressured he tends to overthrow. He got away with that in the Big12, but in the sec this will result in ints. He is not slow but he is not fast either, he will try run some under Auburn's offense and when he does I can see some of the faster big men strip him from behind. Now, he was just a freshman at Baylor I believe, and he has surely calmed down since, but man I can usually spot the chokers, and I think this guy is a choker.

Lyle will be in deep doo doo if he loses to Georgia Tech, florida, georgia, alabama. If they cant win any of those then a loss to the bottom feeders of the east will send him packing.
