2012 Notre Dame is 2011 Oklahoma State, except they didn't lose to Pitt (in place of Iowa State)
2012 UGA/Bama are filling the spot of 2011 LSU.
2012 Florida is 2011 Alabama, except this time they're stuck on the outside.

Florida lost to the #3 team at a neutral site. Florida beat #7, #9, #10, and #13.
Alabama lost to #9 at home. Bama beat #7...that's it.

You can't compare resumes across seasons, buddy. It doesn't matter what happened last year or who won their conference. It's all about 1 v 2 and the teams in front of Florida didn't lose so they didn't get in. Last year the teams in front of bama did lose and 21-0.

I didn't post in them. Their existence is precisely why this one should be whacked. Also, yours is incredibly dumb, has a terrible title, and is so far off topic it is scary. I am confident it will reach a swift demise.

Ok so put Bama at three and Fla at two. If Bama beats number four GA then wouldn't we at that point jump Florida at two; besides this situation doesn't make sense as Bama didn't vote themselves two. The voters put Bama two Florida started too low to make up that much ground sort of similar to Auburn 2004.

The team in front of Florida did lose. It was Alabama. Only the rules tat apply to everyone else "when you lost, who you lost to, etc" don't apply to Bama. They get a pass. National media assume they played a tough SEC schedule. They don't realize that Bama backed out of their schedule two game rotation with UGA and replaced it with a trip to Mizzou and Kentucky.

Even though I predict Alabama to win this weekend, it would be hilarious if they lost and therefore, would have not accomplished anything more than what Florida did between 2006-2008.
