what happens when bankruptcy/bad decisions hit. You you have to hire garbage like Botch Jones (who was Derek Dooley's only good win at Tennessee) because every good coach told them to frick off because of said bankruptcy), Holly Warlick, the fat pos baseball coach, etc. It's why they suck at everything except covering up rapes.
It's all about choices folks, and the university of Tennessee is how not to do things.

Tennessee used to be really, really good in Swimming, Softball, Women's Basketball, Track and Field, etc. How on earth did they all fall off so sharply? Mike Hamilton must be the worst AD in the history of ADs, and Hart has been there long enough that something should have changed.
They used to finish in the Top 15 in the Director's Cup every year. Now they finish in the Top 35-45.

People say football is #1 and that is true but if an AD is going to spend money to field multiple teams, why not try to have good teams?
