The SEC has a lot of good coaches.

Saban is probably the most elite.

Miles would have been legendary if Saban stayed in Miami.

Mullen is a hell of a coach.

Say what you want about Freeze, but has Ole Miss ever had this much success.

As much as I razz Arky fans, Bert has done good work and rebuilt a lot.

Florida looks to have a good one and the same could be said with Georgia.

Even though I am down on Malzahn atm, he did win an SEC championship against solid coaches and teams.

I guess my point is that there is no shortage of good coaches in the SEC. So while Saban and Miles might be the best of the best, I would be pretty happy with almost any of the current SEC coaches.

Dude, there are plenty posters here that change their icons to other schools. But, aside from that, what does it matter which school he cheers for? In fact, it would be even more embarrassing if a UGA fan was calling you out on your bullshite about LSU and their coach.

Probably?

I don't know about "legendary", but he'd have at least one more SEC and NC title on his resume.

I agree with you here. All three are good coaches.

Both, along with USCe, are TBD.

He and Sumlin are both in make or break years, IMO. I may be jumping the gun a bit on both though.

Sumlin isn't going anywhere.

Yeah you guys are so right. Les Miles is a great coach, has a long tenure with the team, a very good overall record,Great recruiter with a few rings and is loved by all LSU fans

Yet it was widely known he was coaching for his job vs A&M.

So youre telling me with all his accomplishments, and the whole fanbase behind him. Losing a few games with a young team was enough to nearly get him fired??

Not one person has said this. You continue to show your stupidity, post after post.

Nobody is saying that the entire fan base is behind him. You are exaggerating now and making yourself look even dumber.

Everyone knows that there was a portion of the fan base that wanted him gone. You just got all pissy when a "UGA fan" called you out on your bullshite statement that 90% of the fan base wanted him gone.

Quite a few LSU fans said that they wanted him gone after last season because (I'm paraphrasing) he continues to underachieve with the talent that he has. A lot of LSU fans love him, but to say that everyone does is a stretch. What they can all agree on is that he's a great guy.

One more NC like you said, and I would think he would be a legend.

Saban has really upped expectations.

Depends on if you mean a LSU legend or CFB legend. He's already the former, I don't think one more NC is enough to be a part of the latter.

Just my opinion though.
