The SEC Office says, play the game on November 19th at a neutral site with the proceeds going to each team evenly.

The SEC Office moves the aTm game from Thanksgiving to that Saturday so it give LSU ample time to prepare for that game.

That is the fairest thing to do for all parties.

It is not fair for the players to miss out on playing a great rivalry game and it is fair to teams like Tennessee that is playing for an east Championship.

It is fair for LSU since they are giving up a home game on the 19th and it's revenue. The SEC office will make up any projected revenue losses to each team.

It is fair to aTm, because they get the extra time to prepare for the LSU game. They are in the SEC now, they need to do what is best for the league.

It is fair for both teams to get injured players healthy and that way there is no excuses.

I don't think LSU wants revenue. They just want to play the damn game.

UF is apparently reluctant to do so or they would have found a means to do so over the past week.

Why play at a neutral site when the SEC is already covering your losses? This makes absolutely zero sense.

So the SEC is cutting USA a check for 1.5 million and us a check for 5 to 6 million? Not hardly.

I like. Hope this happens. The hang up on the 11/19 is that LSU doesn't want to give up the revenue. UF would do the same if it was a BR game. Split the money or give it to victims in the respective areas and let's get the game on.

Absolutely. Both cities, Baton Rouge and Gainesville, are losing revenue from games against podunk schools. Perfectly fair.

USA tickets are selling for $6.00 now. LSU season ticket holders should be thankful if the school has to reimburse them...with insured funds...for those tickets.

If I were Florida, I would agree to this......but only if the game is played in Gainesville next year.
