His wife is blind so that is probably accurate.

Ginger McElroy is alright. I don't mind him. He makes some observations that others miss. Plus everytime I see him it reminds me of Fairley causing the fumble...and T-Bell slamming his head on the turf...and 28-27...and sticking to the REC after they tried to derail the Cam train...and watching all those pathetic crimson fricks cry...and winning the SEC...and the national championship.

SECN seems like a fast track to get promoted.

Maria Taylor - moved up to CFB live on ESPN
Kaylee Hartung - moved up to primetime sideline reporter
Booger - moved up to ABC analyst
Joe Tess - moved up to ESPN primetime play by play

No, I seriously don't like McElroy. He comes off arrogant and a huge douchebag.

This may all be true, but he still is a great FB analyst. I'd rather put up with this than whatever garbage input Tebow provides

Booger is a groupthink pleb and I'm glad he is gone.

McElroy is solid.

He's married. And probably not into grandmothers. He's not going to let you near his wiener. Move on with your life.

I would assume not when there is overlap.

His commentary isn't the problem. I just don't like him as a human being. Like I said the first time, he's pompous. Clearly very self important. No doubt he spends more time looking at himself in the mirror than his wife does.

I'm sure this has nothing to do with him playing at Bama

His wiener had never crossed my mind before but since you brought it up, I'm sure his is way bigger than yours.

I'd say it probably happened the first time she saw him naked and was blinded by his pasty white ginger skin. But Greg is pretty ugly dude, so it must be a preexisting condition.

Anyway, this seems like a good time to share this nice picture I saw of Greg McElroy and his wife on their first date:

Booger and Mack Brown? frick that's awful. Have the ESPN budget cuts really come to this?

I'm pretty sure McElroy goes into each game with 15-20 catch phrases he's going to try out during the broadcast. Nothing her says sounds natural.

I like him as an analyst but not as a commentator

Let Freeze do pre-game, halftime, and post-game shows but make him do them dressed as Jesus in a jail cell.

I actually really enjoy McElroy's commentary. Easily the smartest on the game for the SECN. If he has any Bama bias, which I'm sure he does, you can't see it at all. He's balanced, and says what he thinks. I like him

This. The LSU fan part of me wanted to dislike him, but he comes across as very knowledgeable and unbiased. Agree. He's the best they have.
