How is 5-1 against the west, same as Bama and LSU "3rd in the west"?

Total conference record, less talented overall, etc.

LSU was damn lucky to come out with a win again this week against....ARKANSAS? Last week it was last second win against...Mississippi State?

no it was ole miss, we beat them by 6

it was a little more comfortable of a win than a&m's last second 3 point win over them

LSU is going to get curbstomped by JFF and Co. next year in Death Valley - you heard it here first.

Says a fan of the team that barely escaped Ruston-La with a W.

How Ole Miss of you... "03 SEC WEST CHAMPIONS" No. LSU beat A&M. LSU will be #2

Pretty sure it's going to be listed as tied for 2nd.

But as many have pointed out, fighting against LSU over who is second in the division is far from our initial expectations year 1 in the SEC. If this thread was meant to piss us off.. mission failed.

If auburn somehow pulls this off, wouldn't us, lsu, and bama all have 2 losses and it'd be a 3 way for first? Then have bama over lsu, lsu over a&m, and a&m over bama. Or am I just totally off

My understanding is that if Auburn pulls off the monumental upset and the Ags beat Mizzou it will be LSU in the title game because there would be a three way tie and LSU goes to the championship game on the fact that Alabama would have two division losses and owns the head to head over the Ags.

If Bama wins it's them period and let's be honest that is by far the most likely scenario.

Records will be tied but since LSU won head to head, LSU will be #2.

Not that hard to understand really.

You can hang a banner anyway if you like...
