wanna throw out that LSU fans wanted Ed fired just last season.

Yes they did, and could very well be right back there next year sans Burrow

They finished 6th in the final 2018 polls. Nobody wanted Ed fired last year.

Joe was great before he came to LSU? Joe has an awful lot to do with the teams success, but to give O no credit is a little absurd.

Two keys for Arkansas are to get very good players and have good depth to compete with the rest of the SEC.

Which is why we got lucky in hiring exactly who we should have hired. We didn't need an offensive mastermind to leverage our talent into a shot at the SEC West. We needed someone who could get the talent on campus in the first place.

So far that has been Pittman. He's worked like crazy to land players since he got here and with a full year to work on recruits we should be in pretty good shape with next year's class. His staff is topped off with recruiters that cover the entire South, not just Texas.

Pittman probably won't be the guy to return Arkansas back to national football prominence. But, with luck, he could very well be the guy that builds the program up to where we can have a shot at it. While I hope he has more success he might very well be what Coach O was at Ole Miss. A guy who didn't have a ton of on the field success but left a team stocked to the gills with talented players.

You’ll remember our coach soon.

Like usual.

He has to mean we'll remember their coach for some embarrassing thing. Like a sex scandal with a "motorcycle" accident. Or multi-year conference losing streaks.

He definitely can't mean sustained success on the field against LSU, because that is not usual for Arkansas coaches or teams, as they have a .357 winning percentage against LSU sense joining the conference. Granted, that's a little better than their .354 clip throughout the entire series.

What has happened since the petrino crap is not usual.

I should have clarified or dumbed it down for you.

We are on the right path now to being back to normal.

Our tradition was lost, but now it's being revived.

These next few years should be very entertaining conference wide,or at least in the west.
