The SEC Rant has prepared Mizzou fans for this type of bowl game.

Especially Pig fans, who constantly remind Mizzou fans that they "don't care" about Mizzou, and thus don't get the Pig's A-game. Even though we play them every year, at the end of the year, it's always OUR Super Bowl. I'm not sure what bowl it is for Pig, They play it like it's the weedeater or toastery bowl, but I'm hopeful BMFP can inject some testosterone into the "rivalry." We thank Pig for their indifference!
Same will go for these Ohio fvcknuts. We are below them. Should we match their indifference on Dec. 29th? Something tells me we won't.

I actually wish it wasn’t the case because I think Missouri is pretty damn good this year. But Ohio State is going to use this time to see what they have for next year. And honestly that’s the smart thing to do

Think these games don't matter?
Winning games like this helps the perception of the entire conference, and that 100% matters.
It also adds to everyone's coffers. All of us.

Every Mizzou fan knows this is a big game. It's big for conference prestige, but it's HUGE for Mizzou's respect-level from this point forward.
I'm perfectly happy if Ohio St wants to treat it like a practice game. Mizzou is used to it.

I think this will honestly be a game where 95% of SEC fans truly will be for Missouri. May be more AGAINST Ohio State,but still ........

To be clear you don’t get our A game, B game or C… lucky to get our D game and usually get our F.
The reality is the Hogs Missouri game should be played earlier in the year.. it’s just not an exciting game for us and usually by the end of the year we don’t have much to play for anyway. Maybe that will change with Bobby P but when we play LSU it was a lot more fun.. even if we sucked we had a chance to really screw LSU in some manner. Beating you guys just doesn’t do anything for us because generally speaking you aren’t in the running to win the East.

I don't understand why Mizzou fans feel like they need validation from Arkansas fans. It's like every damn post y'all make has to involve us somehow. Y'all had a great season. Go kick their asses and represent for the conference.

You are playing in a huge bowl against Ohio State. Repping Mizzou athletics, and the SEC as a whole and you talk about Arkansas? Who trolled you? It worked. Dude, I actually want you fine mizzou folks to win this game, believe it or not.

It’s not their fault really, we had a game taken away from us that we cared about and also lost our yearly game to USC when those 2 teams came in. Screwed again.
I can handle the swap with usc easier than I can deal with losing lsu at thanksgiving.
We have a history with lsu, no one gives a crap about mizzou. I’m tired of our program getting the shaft. It’s easy to understand if you walk in our shoes. It’s wrong.
