Yall won't even pay Les the $5.5+million a year he deserves. What makes you think yall would get a bigger splash hire than us when we would be throwing around $6+million a year? LSU AD if Les left right now would cheap out and get a coordinator or mid-major coach.

The biggest threat to the LSU program going forward is your base (aka the wealth of those you depend on for large donations that drive coaching hires and facilities) is smaller than local competitors Arky, A&M, Bama, etc. Yall will have to find a way to do more with les(s).

LSU has been on a lucky streak since the Saban hire. Michigan could make that luck run out.

Saban and Miles both made long time bottom-feeders relevant in big conferences. Sumlin choked and couldn't even win CUSA.

Show me one publication that lists A&M as a better job than LSU.

Both LSU coordinators are making over a mil.

I'd like to see some proof for this...

That is really stretching the definition of the word relevant.

What does that have to do with it. The list that matters is the one where our so-so coach makes more than your national title winning one. Les would be making $7+ million at A&M. Overpaying for coaches makes you more attractive.

And the head coach is making les than either of the top two coaches in Texas.

"Texas A&M raise(d) a record $740 million in donations during the past year."

"The market value of the total assets of the LSU Foundation at June 30, 2013, was approximately $568 million."

So we raised more in one year than the entire value of the LSU foundation. There is the proof for A&M.

Are you mad because the Aggies can't beat LSU, no matter how shitty our offense gets?

How cute, you think because you raised 740 million you are valued at 740 million. So cute little aggy, so cute

Tigas thinking Les at $4.3 million is highway robbery.

All that Mack Brown money bought them a national title, the only modern era one won in this state. I would take that in a heartbeat.

quote:

4. LSU Tigers
Team value: $105 million
Revenue: $74 million
Profit: $48 million
Conference: SEC
Head coach: Les Miles

The Tigers are no longer the SEC's most valuable program, thanks in part to the team failing to make a BCS bowl since the 2011 title game, but LSU's value is still strong thanks to a massive fan base. Almost half of the fans at every home game travel to Tiger Stadium from outside Baton Rouge, and those visitors inject nearly $10 million into the local economy each home weekend.

quote:

14. Texas A&M Aggies
Team value: $72 million
Revenue: $54 million
Profit: $36 million
Conference: SEC
Head coach: Kevin Sumlin

The Aggies are the one new team to the list this year. Though the school has claimed Johnny Manziel's Heisman-winning season only netted the school about $20,000, the football team's revenue increased by $9.4 million, or more than 20% over the previous season. That increase may not be entirely due to Manziel - Texas A&M also moved to the SEC and played in the Cotton Bowl - but the freshman quarterback's historic season certainly couldn't have hurt.

Get the frick Out.

Real cute. Show me the numbers for the Tiger Athletic Foundation, which is where people donate money to for athletics.

Lol, no. The value of the A&M system is over $8 billion dollars. The $750 million was simply one year of fundraising.

So the A&M system is worth 14 times as much as everything LSU.

Those are made-up Forbes valuations based on no liquid value. I posted facts of real solid value numbers.

When you show me total 12th Man donations. Oh yeah, you can't for either because they aren't public entities.

How about I just show you where we stole Pat Henry because yall couldn't afford him?

Two chicks get in an argument, one from Lsu, one from aTm. LSU has a beautiful set of fake tits, while aTm has an awful set that has a 3 foot gap in the middle. aTm then brags to LSU chick that she paid more for her horrible gross tits. How does this make sense cardboard?
