The rule for weather impacted games should be

If a storm is threatening a game, the rule should be that by Wednesday agree to move game to the other school or a neutral site. Should the home team not agree to move the game and insists that they can host that weekend, the game will be ruled a forfeit if in fact it can't be played.

Or the SEC should just have a committee formed for this reason and not necessarily leave it up to the schools.
