1. Dafuq does anyone need to practice yelling for?
2. 200 people from from Texas may gather on the State House steps, and still the most Southern thing around is going to be a flag 50 yards away.
3. cheerleading practice at midnight isn't cool, it's just really ghey and dark outside.
4. Some of the people that do this are going to get mugged. You're in a city downtown.
5. Have fun practicing yells that nobody is going to hear the next day.
