Why would I be offended by that picture? I am a student at Alabama and cannot help the fact that we have numerous sidewalk alums--obviously, it has something to do with our considerable success throughout football history. If Auburn had even a fraction of the historical success Alabama has enjoyed, then your school, too, would have a large number of sidewalk alums.
Regardless, you do realize The University of Alabama was founded in 1831, right? The STATE was admitted to the Union in 1819. In case that isn't clear to you, that picture is making fun of the STATE of Alabama, not the university. Therefore, you effectively just dissed yourself.

I don't know if you noticed but my response was to an LSU fan. The fact that an AU poster posted that pic is irrelevant.
