It has nothing to do with Bama. I'd be willing to bet we come from two different generations. I am and always have been a team first guy. This modern day it's all about me irks the hell out of me. These guys are one player on a field of 11. If you commit to a team you owe it to them and yes the fans that drop thousands of dollars of their hard earned money to watch them play to not play when you can.

You do realize Fournette wasn't healthy? This is well known. Also, yes, your line of thinking isn't just antiquated, but it's also not based in reality. I don't care the generation, guys have always cooled the jets to prep for the draft if their team goals are out of reach. You just don't hear about it years later. Just like you won't as soon as LF makes a pro bowl. It'll all be ancient history. Sorry.

That's why I said if healthy. I understand he was injured CM was not his was a business decision.

I don't like it either, to be clear. But just because I don't like it doesn't mean I don't get it nor think anything is owed to me as a fan.
