You definitely would have had the same feeling had that happen to McCarron, right?

The head of officiating for the SEC is a Bama grad. Can't imagine any other conference in the country allowing that kind of appearance of cronyism.

"Everyone knows bama plays very disciplined penalty free football.

Bwahahahahahahaa"

That's why you don't see them being jailed like many of the players on some teams I can think of. And that's why over 3/4 of them earn their degree eventhough we've got guys leaving early for the NFL draft every year. The truth is that Saban won't put up with anything else.

12 for 112 was in one game, the game we lost. Oddly enough, it was the same crew that officiated tonight.

I don't know why this is hard to understand. Talented, disciplined, well coached teams often win a lot of games.

And we have. And we are. Going for 3 out of 4.

I tell ya. 1/9 really changed something in the LSU fan base. They're like the bruce banner of the rant.

Anything else you'd like to whine about?

Get it all off your chest, son.

Son - bet your a real tough guy.

As an FYI - stating that the SEC head of officiating is an Bama grad is a FACT - not a whine.

And everyone knows that Mark Richt is OK with UGA being the most penalized team in the league. A disciplined penalty free UGA would almost be impossible to beat...good thing their coach is ok with giving 90-100 yards a game to an opponent. He tolerates penalties and his players commit them. I like Richt, but that would be one thing I couldn't accept if I were a Dawg fan.

48 total penalties for only 412 yards for the season. Only 2 for 15 yards tonight. That's incredible.

It is a factor and one of the typical downfalls of Richt's teams: lack of discipline leads to excessive penalties and poor decisions on and off the field. And honestly I don't think Mark's philosophy will ever change.

Damn delay penalty on the fake punt wiped out a huge gain and definitely cost us points.

Those are the simple facts.

It's hard for teams that don't practice disciplined football to understand this.

It is a part of why Miles needs to be more disciplined with his young players.

Practice makes perfect.

2010 BCSNC (Big East refs) = Bama had 2 penalties
2012 BCSNC (Big 12 refs) = Bama had 1 penalty

Just face it. Bama IS that good.
