Anybody believes this is an idiot.

Antonio Langham had contact with an agent in 1993 and got $300-$400 . No proof money
was passed. Langham signed a napkin for him. No bank records of the money but it cost Bama 8 forfeits.

Florida probation in the 80's was on here say dealing with boosters no true facts.

The whole 'interviewing players from other teams' and offering immunity is an attempt to catch OM coaches/administrators in a lie.

If they do, look out. You can ask Bruce Pearl how that works out, and it doesn't matter how big of a lie it is

The hell are you talking about? We had a guy on the inside spill his guts and it was all true. Now during Galen Hall's tenure the two bullshite infractions that affected Spurrier's first team were BS in my opinion. All that chit cost us 2 SEC titles.

On the Florida probation they never linked proof records on cash money to players from every single boosters. I'm talking Charley Pell era. NCAA told Pell if he would take blame for everything including all booster trouble they had. They knew the staff helped players out etc. but never linked for fact booster cash payoffs with records.

Well they have to have something. The NOA is proof of that. I guarantee you they investigated 100x the stuff they actually were able to aledge in the NOA.

Seriously, they have had hundreds of claims that we gave money and other impermissible benefits. They have been here almost 4 years and not 1 single pay for play in the noa.

Do you think they just send out a noa to let you know their status and will get back to you later with the rest?

The Tunsil draft night shite threw a monkey wrench In the gears, but to act like they have all the sudden uncovered all this pay for play or out right paying players for visits is retarded.

They have a desired punishment they want to hand down and they haven't found enough to justify it yet, so they are trying any underhanded bullshite method they can think of to try to dig something more up. It's desperation and nothing more.

If I'm wrong, so be it and we will get nailed to the wall, but at this point I just don't see it.

The NCAA does not need DNA like proof. As a voluntary organization , all of its members are expected to follow the bylaws of the organization. And part of that is while arguing the merits of any investigation is permitted, the members are obligated to follow the NCAA's findings. That does not stop a member from filing suit, but Tark took the hardest stance & look what happened to Vegas under him. USL way back then had, at the time the largest number of violations against any NCAA member, well over 120 serious charges, USL filed an injunction in court to be able to play in the tourney, the legal delay got them playing time, but when the courts over turned the injunction, USL got the death penalty. File suit all you want. It's like fighting the IRS, the odds are against you.
