No Cam Newton or Tim Tebow? But you have Johnny Manziel?
List is shite.
List is shite.

I hope Johnny Manziel gets uppercutted into a pit of spikes, Mortal Kombat style.

He probably isn't in the top 3 all time but Matt Jones for Arkansas was a "what will happen next" type player.
I will put it this way, the Arkansas offense often revolved around "the play has blown up, what will Jones do now?" And he won quite a few games with the offense being built around him just pulling something out of his butt.
I have my issues with Gus, but Gus would have won an SEC title with him. Nutt was never comfortable with a freakish athletic talent like Matt Jones.

Cam Newton > Johnny Manziel if we're going must watch.

Considering that the only two players on your list played before 2000, I'd say you didn't do much research. "Must watch" is pretty stupid metric because it is almost completely determined by media coverage, which has changed quite a bit in the last 100 years. This is dumb.
Either way, Archie Manning was Johnny Football decades before Manziel was born and has a Sugar Bowl under his belt.
In the name of Archie, Eli, and Holy Spirit. Amen.

I'll raise your Clausen with the SEC's true must watch offensive player:

Down vote me all you want to, but there have been many players more electric on defense then Mathieu.
Take Derrick Thomas for example. Thomas, in his four years at Alabama, recorded 52 sacks (27 of those in 1988) and 7 blocked kicks.
He won the 1988 Alabama-Penn State game all by himself. He sacked the Penn State QB 3 times (once for a safety), recorded 5 tackles for loss, and posted an Alabama record 9 QB hurries. We won the game 8-3.

Nah it's because he went to LSU.

I can live with this one but there are so many
most folk don't know Tommy
never seen a player on D like Casanova and his punt returns - amazing
he had a glide in his step and run
Tommy made football look easy

You may want to reconsider your math since I played against Derrick Thomas in the Hurricane Bowl.

Derrick Thomas was the most incredible defensive player that I've ever seen.
