The most dangerous piece of info regarding the NCAA investigation...

Ole Miss' entire athletic department may be within the "repeat offender" window, stemming from sanctions placed on their Women's basketball program in 2013-2014.
That's the ace in the NCAA's pocket that allows them to cvnt punch Ole Miss if they want to.
That being said, the NCAA is essentially nutless and I doubt OM has much to worry about.

Clarified penalties for repeat offenders. The "death penalty" -- a program-crippling blow that keeps a team off the field while banning recruiting and scholarship awards -- has been on the books for 25 years but applied only once, to Southern Methodist for a pay-for-play football scandal in 1987.
Repeat violators are defined as schools that run afoul of the NCAA more than once every five years. An Associated Press review of major infractions cases shows that schools listed as repeat offenders have avoided the death penalty at least 70 times since the rule was adopted.

The NCAA didn't place sanctions on the WBB program yet. They're part of this investigation. The only sanctions thus far are self sanctioned.

Just a few years after getting Nutt-punched, too

So repeat offenders come into play since we beat Bama back2back?

Those were self imposed and this NOA is covering those allegations. This is not a repeat offender scenario that is the same offense.

That is what started this whole investigation. We called the NCAA and told them about the basketball and track stuff. That is why they have been camped out for the last 3 years.

Not sure how it counts, but they self-sanctioned in 2013. Will be interesting to see.

Which one made you prouder - the one where you imploded and we won the SEC anyway, or the one where you imploded and we won the SEC and the National Championship anyway?

They self impose and then the NCAA decides if the accept after the NOA is responded to. This is the NOA. It is the same offense. Repeat means punished and then you do it again. If to much was going on at once it's an LOIC which this isn't.

Nope. For reason already enumerated in this thread that I'm sure you'll ignore.

No, they've been camped out there for 3 years because every time they see Freeze leave for the day to his personal car in the parking lot, he's walking like this:

So thats what 21 years and change between that and this NOA. Also 16 years between that and our earliest violation in the NOA. Dose that fit the definition of repeat offender?

I would normally defer to experts on the subject, like the OP/Bama, but the answer is no
