This is in Ole Miss' response letter.

"Family Member 1" is obviously Tunsil's stepdad. Couple this with Tunsil's released texts and his admittance that he got paid and Ole Miss are fricked.

Probably an anecdote, but Tunsil's lawyer is an avid private pilot.

And yet this guy has never bought football season tickets before. He purchased one year of baseball tickets in 2014 supposably

They're screwed. NCAA investigators probably spit out their coffee when they read ole miss was only planning on 11 over 3.

Definitely concerned about anything new that might come up regarding the Tunsil draft day stuff. Our self imposed penalties are stiff considering the only real egregious thing in it happened six years ago under different coaches and with different players. One might reasonably expect to lose another scholarship or two over it.

You'll more than likely end up with more scholarships lost, a post season ban, and a new coach before it's all over if they can prove Tunsil or his family was given money. There seems to be a good bit of proof that he was.

Murderers don't get community service. Some serious stuff in there.
