Actually I have learned after living near Austin for a while that some Horns can make decent brisket. Their problem is they frick it up by putting it in a taco or putting some sort of foreign-named sauce with an additional unexpected ingredient on top. Unless you want to wait in line you have to leave town to just eat great brisket with some white bread and a domestic beer.

I'm just joking on that. There's good brisket there. But you're right, be ready to wait an hour+ in line
