To be fair, Louisville couldn't beat Houston either.

It isn't the SEC's fault they bought into the aggy myth and thought they were getting a great football program.

What exactly is hard for you to understand about that? When Bert was in the Big Ten from 2006-2012 it was awful. In his last three years in the conference combined they had exactly two teams finish in the top 10, Ohio State in 2012 and Wisconsin in 2010. And his "strong" 11-2 squad in 2010 played no teams that finished in the top 25 during the regular season. The big ten never had more than 4 teams finish in the top 25 in a single season in his entire tenure there. In case you wanted a comparison to the SEC, from 2010-2012 we had 11 teams finish in the top 5 and averaged 6 teams per year in the top 25.

And on top of the fact that 2006-2012 was pretty much as bad as the Big Ten has ever been, he only won the conference outright once in 6 years. He went 2-4 in bowls and had less than 10 wins in around half of his seasons there even though he played no one.

Does that clear things up for you?

Yet during that same time period LSU is getting their shite pushed in during bowl games against the likes of Penn State.

We won the conference and went to the national championship undefeated in 2011. Unfortunately we lost to one of the best college football teams of all time, but regardless it was a better season than your shitty joke of a coach will ever have. Have fun going 6-6 next season though you pussy arse douche

And we won the national championship in 2007 do you even watch football or do you just sit on the SEC rant and act like a whiny bitch full time?

You backed your way into the NC game in 07 after Pitt upset WVU the last weekend of the season.

The year before two of the top teams in the country were in the B1G and B1G Bert finished with 10+ wins.

You should stop lashing out at Bert for LSU's mediocrity, he isn't responsible for all of it, just one of the losses for LSU each season.

If you think Bert did an average or bad job at Wisconsin then you are too ignorant to have a discussion with, no one is saying that the Big 10 was world beaters.

You also seem to have no knowledge of what Bert walked into at Arkansas. He still on the hot seat in my eyes but Arkansas is trending up and has done a great job with what he had to work with.

Jimbo is grossly overrated.

He took over a program that hadn't sniffed a national title in about a decade and hadn't won 10 games in 6 years. He went on a 29-game winning streak during two undefeated regular seasons with a BCS title where they ended the SEC's dominance in the title game in his 4th year. He has won less than 10 games just once in 6 years (a 9-win season) while winning 80+% of his games and leading all division 1 coaches in winning %.

And he managed to win 10 this year in a rebuilding year when he was going through a divorce from his wife who was banging a former Florida Gator...I give him some bonus points for that. He has his head scratchers, but obviously not a lot. Some of y'all are kinda hard on this dude, huh?

And yet Baylor has just recently become a little relevant in college sports. Play for something important, then we can talk. You talk about mediocrity, that is exactly what Baylor is. What has Baylor done, in any sport that wasn't mediocre?

yea we "backed into a national championship". Not sure if you think it's cute to troll or if you're just that stupid. We won it on the field dipshit

Do you have absolutely any evidence that he was "good" or anything better than mediocre at Wisconsin? The guy has finished inside of the top 10 once in his career. That's pretty mediocre IMO. I get that I'm an LSU fan and you're an Arky fan so we both have different definitions of "good" but four 10+ win seasons sprinkled around 7 and 8 win seasons in a bad big ten and going 2-4 in bowls isn't what I'd call good
