He had a cannon for an arm, and was quite fast for his size. His football size, not his current size.

Apparently the foundation is going to release different workouts, diets, etc. so you can lose weight along with him. Sounds pretty cool and hope it works out for him. I was legitimately sad for the guy when he talked about how his weight has effected his personal relationships.

he arm was one of the strongest I remember in the SEC. Lorenzen, Mallett, and probably Stafford are the biggest cannons.

JaMarcus Russell had the strongest arm I have ever seen, your list needs him.

Hell, the dude could still move at 400+. He was scrambling his arse off for the River Monsters.

Should be interesting to watch. I knew he had gotten big but had no idea he was a quarter ton now.

Good luck big feller.

Jared Lorenzen was a good basketball player as well. His Highlands High School team played at the Beach Ball Classic in Myrtle Beach in the late 1990's against some of the top high school programs in the country.

Lorenzen remains one of my favorite SEC players. The 2003 Arkansas vs. Kentucky 7 overtime game was the most entertaining finishes I have ever seen.

I was there, in the rain and in the end, the misery of it all. Epic game though.

That game was bad arse. Two legit gunslingers duelling it out.

Good for him. Good example of taking control of your life.

Too bad Tennessee has accomplished about as much a Kentucky in the last ten years.

That would be nothing.

I always liked Jared. I hope he succeeds; although I admit that it would be weird to see him thin
