you couldn't buy cold beer in oxford until a few years into the 21st century. Reb fans act like they had the secret recipe to make beer cold faster than anyone else... used the method on the chicken tenders too... i have to say it worked

Looks like a good time. Also looks like I would never go near it but I'm sure folks have a good time out there.

the point is what place have you been to where the beer you were served wasnt cold.

just say they have beer

You won't find a cold beer in any stadium in the country. Cold beer is beer on ice in an ice chest. You must drink wine coolers.

Pardon my ignorance here, but do you need a ticket to sit there? I know the spots are reserved and rented through the season, but do you need a ticket it to get over there or just know somebody who owns one? Are these people counted in the attendance numbers?

you pay general admission to get in and basically you have to know someone or know someone that knows someone to get a seat or some food. Not sure if they are still allowing it but you used to could bring a cooler in and just sit out there in right field with a lawn chair. There was some room to see without the contraptions in the way... We did it as students not too terribly long ago. my memory is bad though.

Been out there. I can tell you it is fun and a great environment. Was treated great with drinks and food. We try to match it with the Party Deck at the Cliff.

They still allow it. They honestly dgaf about bringing in coolers full of beer.

We always walk up scan our ID's, then nice old man asks to open our cooler, if the beer is visible they tell you to put a shirt or bag over it and they send you on your way. It's wonderful

They allow us to bring coolers out to our deck. Deal is, we have to put the drinks in a Yetti or some cup. Usually we have a grill fired up cooking food.

Yea, we have to put them in a cup also. I've become an expert at pouring tall boys into a regular styrofoam cup

LSU players over the years have claimed to have had the most "fun" there than any other stadium in the conference. Great atmosphere, good old school rabid baseball fans. Their new stadium will be like the New Box: everyone loves the Old Box but this one is so much nicer across the board.
