Yeah, we're all fricktards for not enjoying Bama's annoying lapdog on Gameday.

No way we're just disagreeing or anything.

Of course I am. Along with all the other idiots who are agreeing with me. You seem to be taking this way too seriously for someone who doesn't take stuff too seriously. Of course this is not shocking either.

I'm just an easy get right now. Been trying to figure out how a certain LSU poster can be so annoying.

Don't give a frick.

He sold his soul to ESPN as the mouth of the SEC now he has to ride the SEC dick and bash ever other conference. He wouldn't be as bad if he wasn't so negative about everything but Bama of course.

That's the point though. It's like Bayless. I don't get why people get so worked up over them. They're not serious. They're there to piss people off. I think it's funny. Same reason I watch First Take. It's funny to see Skip piss Stephen A. off.

I didn't even say I liked Finebaum. I like what he brings to GameDay.

Must be a generational thing. People who try too hard to be provocative aren't entertaining to me.

It is why guys like Skip, Paul and Cowherd don't interest me.
I think he does a good job playing the "court jester." He's at his best when he questions consensus opinion or calls out the powerful, mainly as a columnist type. His show is to sports journalism what profession wrestling is to organized sports. If anyone takes it for more than that, they're misguided.

This Gameday format, however, isn't really for him. That said, he's no worse a chucklehead than these guys. Herbstreit is pretty good, desmond has his moments, the rest are pretty bad.

What I used to really like about his show was when he interviewed authors and local figures, like Richard Scrushy, Roy Moore, and Buddy Buie.

He definately looks way out of place on the show. Today was especially funny as PF could hardly get a word in and kept throwing up his hands.

Bayless is neither funny nor entertaining. He and his ilk (Your beloved Paul and Cowherd) cater to the lowest common denominator and ruined sports media. They are like the Kardashians/Jersey Shore of sports--low-grade trash TV that caters to low-grade trash. The justification is always, "Hey! It's entertaining!"

Problem is, not all of us are morons who are amused by this buffoonery.

to sum up this thread along with other facts:

-Finebaum is a douche.
-Finebaum loves Nick Saban....not Bama. Watch that video in Saban's yard from a few years ago. It was borderline bizarre.
-ESPN loves douches because we watch them.
-ESPN is emboldened by your publicizing of your hatred of their douches. They know you're watching.
-Bama Fans have ZERO problem with guys who love them some Bama on ESPN. But they would throw a beer bottle through the window of an Auburn Supporter on gameday....."Cause you ain't gonna duuuue that to us on nashunul TEEVEE.....we have 44 nashunul champiunships in the last 43 years of footbawl."
-Bama fans claim national titles from Football Thesaurus.com.
-ESPN has too much momentum for you to watch some other football show.
-unrelated: Chris Berman should have retired 9 years ago.
-Trees are not safe in southern Alabama.
-Passed out Fast-Food diners are not safe, either.

Yeah, forgot about them. I can't stand the Opening Drive group, but their interview with LaLa was a classic. The Beluga Whale Olympic Montage they did is one of the funniest things ever.

Of course, what LaLa and his cronies did to Jefferson County and the state is anything but funny. What a f'ing disgrace to humanity they are.

Hence the only reason Danny Kannel is speaking to more than 5 people about college football. Say what you want about Finebaum, - it's Alabama now,but he'll jump on what ever bandwagon. Kannel is horrible even when FSU is horrible and unbearable when FSU is good...then again, that's what the producers want

And how Finebaum works. As soon as Bama is down, and someone else is up, he'll be trolling Bama just like he trolls the rest of you dumbasses. He's been doing it for 2 decades.

Do you like WWE? Professional wrestling?

Stephen A Smith isn't pissed off. He's very happy behind that scowl. He's making millions because a bunch of sports rednecks enjoy watching the fake fighting and the fake drama in their "debates."

Finebaum, Cowherd, Skip, and the rest of their ilk attract morons who enjoy that kind of sour behavior.
