That's a tough one.

They probably return enough to be 4-2 at the 6 game mark and finish with another 9ish win season though.

That first month of FSU, Alabama and Georgia is a gauntlet.

I'm actually happy we get all 3 early.

If Kelly plays well and the defense isn't awful on the back end and we find a way to win the opener we will have Gameday in Oxford for a "game of the century" vs Bama. Could be another crazy day in Oxford.

My hope is to be 4-1 coming out of that stretch.

Of course if we beat FSU then I will want 5-0.

That being said. Say we start 2-2 there is still enough of the season left to build momentum back up and be in a good spot come crooting season and end of season momentum.

If beating Bama means as much to y'all as you act like it does and puts us in the CG, I'd make that trade again.

Feeling up to another 4th and 25?

As long as we are Ole Miss, there will always be a 4th and 25. There have been hundreds of 4th and 25s in our past and even more lay await in our future.

Still, there'll be 11 wins waiting for us in 2016. It's merely a pattern.

Ole Miss will be beat up by the time the LSU game comes by.

Why do they have the SEC championship game at the end of their schedule?

Damn that is brutal. You'll get by FSU though based on your offense alone.

Those are three of the ten best recruiting schools in college football. Fortunately they will all be breaking in new QBs when we play them. Two at home and one at a neutral site helps too. Our season ticket holders have some nice games to see.

Damn thats a great year to have season tickets for OM fans. Jealous of a home slate like that.

I see Ole Miss getting 8 regular season wins and possibly 9 with the return of QB. Then possibly 10 wins if they win their bowl game. This actually might set up to be their best season if the ball bounces the right way before they lose their QB etc in his final year. Bama beware.

Having continuity at the QB position in September should help some with the brutal slate of games. The offensive line is obviously a concern; but if we get Little's signature I think a lot of those concerns go away. The defensive line will be a strength again next year. If Conner comes back healthy I think the defense might be better overall next year.

I could see us anywhere from 7-10 wins depending on how the players develop and the ball bounces. It'll be a good year to be a season ticket holder in Oxford anyway. There's going to be a lot of marquee games.

Man could you imagine the hype around the UGA-Ole Miss game if we both came in undefeated?? I don't think it will happen, but it would be awesome.
